Norfolk Hub Talks presents Seasonal Eating with Tracy Hayhurt

Come and learn about all that is happening at Husky Meadows Farm and the CSA. Tracy Hayhurst, Culinary Director of Seed & Spoon will share how the CSA supports the educational programming of Seed & Spoon which is centered around teaching visitors the joys of eating seasonally, sourcing direct from the farmer and other artisan producers.

Tracy Hayhurst’s career in food began as a farm apprentice in the late 1990’s, followed by attending Ballymaloe Cookery School and co-owning Chubby Bunny Farm. Her passion for both farming and cooking brought her to her dream job here at Husky Meadows Farm where as Culinary Director she curates experiences for guests to delve into all the joys working the land and sustaining ourselves around the table with a good meal amongst friends old and new.

Light snacks will be served.
